I called on a Saturday car broke down needed an alternator I just randomly picked this place I was greeted by a very friendly voice over the phone she came back with a price I got it towed there that day they weren't able to work on it but said lot was safe for overnight parking. Long story short they fixed my baby and I'm so so happy I'm totally satisfied with my car it's a 2013 infiniti suv that I'm planning to drive until the wheels fall off car are to expensive YES I would recommend Expert and guess what never once have they asked me to submit a review
